1. Marketplace Notice Board
PresSmart operates strictly as an online classifieds notice board connecting buyers and sellers of used printing and graphic machinery in India. PresSmart does not inspect, test, certify, warranty, guarantee, or hold escrow for any equipment.
2. Listing Fee & Commissions
Sellers pay a one-time listing fee of ₹3,000 per machine posting. Listing fees are non-refundable once an ad is published. PresSmart charges zero buyer commission and takes no commission on finalized machinery sales.
3. Direct Buyer-Seller Dealings
Buyers reach sellers directly through publicly listed phone numbers and WhatsApp links. All negotiations, physical inspections, print trials, dismantling, shipping, transit insurance, and payments occur independently between buyer and seller at their own discretion. PresSmart is not a party to transactions.
4. Seller Obligations
Sellers warrant that they are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the machine, and that all descriptions, technical specifications, year of manufacture, condition, and photographs provided are truthful, accurate, and up to date.
5. Phone & Contact Consent
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS verification codes. You acknowledge and agree that your public phone number will be displayed on active machine listings for prospective buyers to call or message you.
6. Content Moderation
PresSmart reserves the right to reject, modify, or unpublish any listing that contains false information, violates applicable laws, or misrepresents equipment, without liability or refund.
